Description
This qualification is aimed those who are at risk of disturbing asbestos containing materials during their normal
day-to-day activities. This qualification is typically undertaken by maintenance and refurbishment staff and
those in related trades. Those undertaking tasks that will disturb asbestos will need a higher level of training.
Identification
Photo ID will be required for each participant
Prerequisites
This qualification is aimed at those over 16.
Due to the language of the assessment, it is recommended that learners have sufficient command of the
English language in order to understand the assessment and to undertake the recommended assessment
methods.
There are no other pre-requisites for this qualification.
